Join us for an intimate and powerful weekend
of journeying, sound healing and transformation
within a safe and supportive setting. 

Holotropic Breathwork™ is safe self-discovery through an expanded state of awareness using active breath, evocative music, integrative arts and group process. This world-renowned modality offers us opportunities to become more familiar with the mystery and vastness of our inner landscape as we learn to trust our unique and intrinsic healing wisdom. No previous experience working with non-ordinary states is necessary. This work is open to ages 16 and older. Group size limited to 20.
